    Not the genuine bur
    Web site said it is Dentsply SS white bur, but what I received was generic cheap bur.

    Net32 Response: We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to the customer regarding the vendor's substitution. Net32 notified PA Dental of the customer's concern. PA Dental provided a prepaid label to return the incorrect product for a full refund. PA Dental has been removed from selling the product until PA Dental provides Net32 with the necessary assurances that PA Dental will not substitute this product in the future.

    I use a lot of these burs and they work well
    It is nice to get them in this number so that I do not run out.
