All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Any returns with this number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt of product. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive credit.
