**Any product that is in its original, unmarked, unopened, sealed package with a copy of the original invoice can be returned within 30 days for full credit. With the exception of all Clive Craig X-ray aprons, that are not returnable and due to FDA regulations, we are no longer accepting anesthetic for return. We do not accept any open or damaged boxes. We do not issue credits after 30 days of invoice date. All returns due to ordering error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and a fee of $6.00 for a UPS call tag (unless over 25 pounds which will be charged standard UPS rates). Orders cancelled after 24 hours of submission may be charged a restocking fee if it is necessary to return the items to the manufacturer in which they charge a restocking fee.

**Please note that orders over 25 pounds will be charged standard UPS rates. Due to extra handling charges and documentation required, there will be an additional $20.00 surcharge per shipment of Hazardous Goods. Alaska and Hawaii will pay UPS air rates.
