01/17/2013 By RTDental from Cary, NC profession Dentist with PA Dental	5 Powerful anesthetic I love to use Septocaine instead of Lidocaine on the facial aspect of the mandible anterior to the first molar. After years of doing Lidocaine blocks (and some intraligmental systems) I find that Septocaine achieves great anesthesia reliably. I will also augment a Lido block with Septo when Lido is not effective.
