With a growing customer base of over 23,000 it is clear that the www.net32.com marketplace has become widely accepted by dental offices as a preferred way to purchase dental products. To satisfy the specific dental product needs of thousands of dental offices spread across every state of the country we are redoubling our efforts to expand our product offering. We are doing this in several ways:
1) Encouraging existing vendors to expand their product offerings. This initiative has resulted in the recent addition of 2000 new unique products to our marketplace - available for purchase now.
2) Building and launching some incredible new technology that uses "fuzzy logic" to analyze incoming product data. This recently launched Data Tool automates the upload of incoming product data from vendors and vastly increases the speed with which we can bring new vendors and products to you.
3) We are using the Data Tool technology to build capability for streamlining the enrolment process for new distributors and manufacturers. This solution will allow online enrolment, including data uploads, by new vendors. With a growing waiting list of vendors wanting to join Net32 we are very excited about how this will improve our product offering to you.
4) We are reaching out to our customers requesting that they let us know of products and vendors that they would be interested in having at www.net32.com. We are doing this by means of surveys incorporated into the shopping process (you will have seen such a survey upon executing any recent order) and by means of email surveys.
