Feature Focus: Online Order Status Now!

You now have the capability to access order status information at www.net32.com in two places:

1) Quick Status A summary of the status of recent (less than 30 days old) orders will appear at the bottom of your personalized home page once you log in. This allows you to click through on the order number to access detailed information on the entire order. Additionally, by clicking on "Track It" under the Shipping Info column, you will be linked directly to the carriers' Web sites (UPS, FedEx, etc) to see the exact location of the shipments!

2) Order History Now when you access your order history you will see a new column that indicates the overall status of all orders. To see the specifics of any order simply click through the order number. Order status right down to the line item level is available along with linkable tracking numbers.
