Net32 Feature Focus - Order Tracking? Yes!

On July 2, 2002, Net32 launched a new state of the art Order Management System (OMS). This proprietary software was built over the past year by the Net32 development team with the primary goal to integrate tracking capability for all orders and all Net32 vendor partners!

What this means for you is:

  1. Vendors are immediately notified by email of your order.
  2. Vendors access the OMS securely to view your order details.
  3. Vendors input tracking numbers at the time of shipment that generate automatic emails to you with linkable tracking numbers.
  4. When a vendor takes ANY action on an order, including partial shipment, you will receive a corresponding automatic email with details of the action. For instance if a product is on manufacturer backorder you will immediately receive an email that indicates which product is on backorder and the estimated time of receipt.

Our vendors appear to be experiencing a short learning curve in utilizing the new OMS. Please bear with them and customer service here at Net32 as we all become adept at using this feature to the fullest.

Rest assured that we will never cease in our commitment to continue to improve upon the best online customer experience in the dental industry. This is just one more step in that direction.
