I sincerely hope that you are enjoying the improvements to the Net32 site that have been implemented in the past year. Many of the new features and fixes are based on feedback that we receive from our customers. We are constantly striving to be responsive to your requests, to changing technologies, and to the dynamics of the dental products marketplace.

I find it very satisfying to work with a company that has the ability to move quickly to meet our customers' needs, and want to encourage you to continue to provide input that guides our growth. We are pleased to hear from you regarding any concerns or ideas that you might have, and are particularly interested in your opinions in the following areas:

  1. Vendor partners. Feel free to let us know of any full-line vendors or direct to customer manufacturers that might add value to our overall service to you. We are in continuous negotiations with prospective vendors.
  2. Product offerings. Please let us know if you are unable to find a favorite product on the site. With dozens of vendors to choose from we can almost always find some that carry the product — and at a highly discounted price
  3. Weekly Specials. Your suggestions are extremely valuable in helping us to keep the Specials "fresh."
  4. New features. Cut loose and envision the "perfect" site for comparison-shopping. What would it look like? What additional features would be needed? After 5 years of exposure to software development I am convinced that if you can dream it... it can be built.
  5. Technology problems. Please let us know if you are having any technical problems with navigating the site, whether it be error messages, response time, searching out products, etc. Our technical team is highly skilled in sorting out whether you are experiencing a computer hardware problem, browser problem, or if there is an error that originates with the Net32 site.
