Return Policy

All returns must be issued a return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting Net32. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a restocking fee per the manufacturer's terms, which may be up to 30%. Returns must be made within 20 days of the invoice date. Returns must be in the original package with unbroken seal. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit. *All X-Ray Apron and products from the following manufacturers: COLTENE, ROYDENT, DANVILLE, DEDECO, EDS, FLOW, KEYSTONE, LANG, PALMERO, PARKELL, PLASDENT, SS WHITE, ZIRC are NON-RETURNABLE.
