Returns related to damages, missing products, defects, expiration dates, or packaging must be reported within 14 days of order to receive credit. Return Authorization Number must be requested and clearly written on outside of package. Items returned for other reasons must be returned at shippers expense and in original unopened packaging in order to receive credit.
