Net32 Response (1/25/24): Net32 made multiple attempts to contact the customer for more information regarding this review. It appears that the customer faced an issue with an order that was returned to the vendor as undeliverable by the carrier. A refund was processed for the returned order. Although the order in question doesn't seem directly linked to this product, Net32 is willing to conduct further investigation if the customer reaches out to us.

Our Dr loves using this stuff, we go through it so much that I compared different sites to see who had the best prices. Of course Net32 does. I was super skeptical ordering from this site but it was reassuring to see the "Authorized Dealer" logo next to the supplier we were buying from. So far we have not had any issues. The product works well. I used RelyX for almost ALL of my crown and bridge seats. This product is convenient, thats why I sometimes reach for this instead of the mix it yourself kind.
