Ripped box and no scent
This came in a damaged open mask box and there’s no peppermint scent at all. I feel like someone opened this box and put in fake masks.
Net32 Response (9/17/21): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Tradent Supply. Net32 investigated and it appears that the product was damaged in transit. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns. Tradent Supply provided a prepaid label to return the product to Tradent Supply for a refund. Net32 sent the customer a replacement at no charge to the customer. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
