    Do not buy !!!
    Very bad !! Don’t buy !! I bought these 3 inserts and received them yesterday , as I put them in cavitron and started it , these cavitron inserts jump out of the cavitron as soon as I start it , freaked my patient out !! I thought it’s just one of them , so I tried the others , and they are all the same !!! I’m requesting a refund !!these were not cheap ! It’s a rip off !

    I bought two at the same time, one of them broke after the first use the other one still works fine don't know if one of them was defective or if it could be exchanged.

    Net32 Response: Net32 notified Medical Dental Max of the issue. Medical Dental Max said it sounded like the product was clogged and suggested clearing with a piece of orthodontic wire. The customer tried the orthodontic wire and it solved the customer's problem.

    STOPPED WORKING AFTER 1MONTH
    it stopped working after 1 month and of course their return policy is 1month. Didn't even offer to replace or repair the item

    After using them for 6months they keep coming off of the handpiece when the old ones that I have been using for 4 to 5 year are still working, this make me wonder if these are the counterfeit ones!!!

    Hi I also bought it 8 months ago and had similar issue with this tip. Eventually returned it. Problem was an obstruction in water line so pressure build up and the tip popped off from the casing. I do like the cavitron tips. However, since other docs / customers had the similar experience with it, I've came to conclusion, there was a faulty batch. I will still try to get good one.

    The last 5 tips purchased from Tradent in past 6 months all started leaking within 2-3 months of use. Returning last 3 of them purchased recently. Old ones from other suppliers had lasted 3+ years! Buying new ones from a different vendor to see if there was issue with specific lots.

    Net32 Response: Tradent is refunding the dentist and has removed the listing due to quality issues. Apparently there were other customers experiencing similar quality issues.
