I've been using this brand for a while. I thought maybe I had run into some difficult anatomy with IAN blocks when it didn't provide profound anesthesia. However, now I'm realizing that it may be a bad batch as infiltration didn't work at all on #14 crown insert (I typically use articaine for infiltration). This isn't the first time this has happened, and they are charging how much now for this??? $45....used to be $25 about 2-3 yrs back. Not a happy camper.

It appears that the customer received Quala Lidocaine HCL 2% (Manufacturer Code: 08-A0100) from River Dental Supplies. Quala appears to be manufactured by Septodont and Distributed by NDC, Inc. Substitutions are strictly prohibited by Net32. River Dental Supplies was removed from selling the product and Net32 provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to River Dental Supplies for a full refund.
