    I tried buying Defend crown and bridge mixers. Was sent a product DX. When I asked about it they said the Defend products were out of stock. Returned the product and still waiting for a refund about 2 weeks after I shipped it back to them.

    Net32 Response: Apologies for the vendor's substitution and delay with the refund. The product was received back by IDS on 11/13/18 and refunded on 12/3/18. Net32 is currently working with IDS to improve their efficiencies.

    What a Tip!
    I work at a very busy prosthodontic practice. We use hundreds of 1:1 ratio tips a month making temporaries. The cost of these tips can be enormous, We were using the name brand tips until just recently when I found the tip on Net32. It is the same high quality tip, at a fraction of the cost. The tip works as well as the higher price tips. We will continue to order this product. Would recommend this tip to any office as it saves money and works great.
