This is our usual go-to brand, however, this last shipment is unpredictable. It sets up after the 3rd try!! This is a no-no, as it extends the chair time, and wastes material which translates to money lost. This is a very unpleasant experience as Defend is a reliable brand but, not this time, not from Net32's supplier. Currently looking for an alternative and possibly throwing out our recently ordered supply. Net32 Response (12/21/22): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Gateway Dental Supply. Gateway Dental Supply is an authorized dealer for Mydent/Defend. Net32 notified Gateway Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. Gateway Dental Supply provided a prepaid label to return the product for a replacement.

Giving me a hard time to use because the inside is clogging, sometimes it's flowy but most of the time not. Net32 Response: Net32 notified River Dental Supplies of the customer's issue. River Dental Supplies refunded the customer.
