    The bottles were not sealed properly and leaked. They also all looked extremely old with scratches and marks all over them.

    Net32 Response (4/22/25): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from MVP Dental Supply. Net32 notified MVP Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. MVP Dental Supply refunded the customer in full for the product. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

    Net32 Response (10/6/23): Net32 promptly communicated the customer's concerns to Tradent Supply, and we understand how frustrating such situations can be. In response, Tradent Supply resolved the issue by offering the customer a choice between a replacement or a refund. The customer opted for a replacement. Tradent Supply sent a replacement at no charge to the customer. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

    Great for pre-op or oral surgery rinse.
    Product and shipper are super. It is generally a 2-3 day order...about the same as my local supplier, but at a 60% savings. The flavor is OK...It is Chlorhexidine after all. We send the small bottles home for post-op crown and bridge and surgical patients. The price on these large bottles is only pennies more than the 4oz bottles. Nice product and value.

    Inexpensive but not tamper proof, no seal. Anybody can just alter the content of the bottle.

    Net32 Response: The manufacturer provided a letter showing that they have changed their manufacturing process and the product is being manufactured without the seal currently. The manufacturer has also said they will be changing the process back due to multiple customer complaints about the change.
