Net32 Response (10/20/23): We are sorry that the customer received rinse that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Dental District of the customer's concerns and provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to Dental District for a refund.

Or FedEx Lost 4 boxes, or vendor only sent one. If package is missing you are on your own to resolve it.

In response, Tradent Supply resolved the issue by offering the customer a choice between a replacement or a refund. The customer opted for a replacement. A useful rinse for patients with perio disease and/or gingival inflammation and bleeding. We use it at my office frequently during scaling and root planing as well. It is an effective tool used for post operative care in period surgery, extractions and implant placement as well.

Product and shipper are super. It is generally a 2-3 day order...about the same as my local supplier, but at a 60% savings. The flavor is OK...It is Chlorhexidine after all. We send the small bottles home for post-op crown and bridge and surgical patients. The price on these large bottles is only pennies more than the 4oz bottles. Nice product and value.

Inexpensive but not tamper proof, no seal. Anybody can just alter the content of the bottle.

Net32 Response: The manufacturer provided a letter showing that they have changed their manufacturing process and the product is being manufactured without the seal currently. The manufacturer has also said they will be changing the process back due to multiple customer complaints about the change.

None of the bottles had a seal on them. We could not dispense because of that!
