    Took two tries but eventually received product as advertised
    I was disappointed to only receive the small latch head and not the attachment or sheath (as pictured) that connects it to the motor. For nearly $200 I could have purchased a new Midwest latch head rather than a generic model. Very disappointed at the misleading advertising.

    Net32 Response: Net32 notified Dental Supply Depot of the issue. Dental Supply Depot sent the customer the missing part of the product and apologized for the mistake.
