I have purchased phosphor plates from Net32 over the past couple of years with no issue but their quality control has gone downhill recently. Phosphor plates have universal sizes but these do NOT meet those standards. They are also too small for the standard size 0 barrier sleeves. They are about 1/4" too smaller than the standard size 0. This will definitely limit your radiographic image. Since I bought these as backup replacements, I only opened it a a few months later and Net32 would not refund me despite the poor quality control. They said "House Brands" can vary and they can't control what vendors it comes from so that means quality can vary. So if you buy House Brand from Net32, you should always be ready to get poor quality products as they do not ensure good quality themselves. Very disappointing as I have been a long time customer and have spent several thousands of dollars with them over the years. Net32 Response (10/17/24): We are sorry that the customer received plates that did not meet expectations. The return request was past the 30-day return policy and the vendor, Tradent Supply, was unable to accept the return. As a courtesy to the customer, Net32 refunded the customer in full for the product. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
