I bought 2 cartridges and BOTH were malfunctioned. This had caused me lots of chair-time and inconvenience during treatment, and yet, I still had to throw those 2 cartridges away. I'm very upset to say the least

Upon examination it appeared that there was no relabeling, rather in peeling back the label there was a metallic RFID inventory tag. That tag was visible through the manufacturer label.
