    Bad quality
    The product's quality is way below standard. The cartridge is malfunctioned in which only one hole of the materials could be squeezed out. I bought 2 cartridges and BOTH were malfunctioned. This had caused me lots of chair-time and inconvenience during treatment, and yet, I still had to throw those 2 cartridges away. I'm very upset to say the least

    Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received C&B material that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified First Dent Supply of the customer's concerns. The customer has been refunded in full for the product.

    A label for this brand has been put over to cover another label from a different brand. Product would not set up.

    Net32 response: Customer returned the First Dent Supply product to Net32. Upon examination it appeared that there was no relabeling, rather in peeling back the label there was a metallic RFID inventory tag. That tag was visible through the manufacturer label. The customer was sent a replacement product from another vendor.
