The best dry-angle product available.
I started out using paper "dry-angles" years ago. They worked OK, but, became saturated quickly. When neo-drys hit the market around 8-10 years ago, I was quick to try them out. I haven't looked back since. They use the same absorbent material that you see used in baby-diapers and female products, so, they absorb a LOT of moisture. On a person who isn't a copious salivator, it's not unusual to get 20 minutes of isolation from one pad. I find the blue one to be too large, so I stick to the "pedo" size yellow ones. You can buy them with a reflective side that faces away from the tissue and into the oral cavity, if you wish, but, I find it distracting.
