Best Local.
I use 1:200k epi Articaine for just about every patient that needs local. Never had any issues with prolonged numbness.
My biggest suggestion to most Dentists.... SLOW DOWN. Go VERY slow and give a tiny bit as you go. For blocks, go just barely in, and give a little... wait a minute and then go back in slowly to your desired site. Take a full minute to inject your carpules and your patients will be happier and your chance of adverse reactions will be nearly 0.
