These N95 masks are really comfortable. They are well constructed and durable. I would buy them again.

I really love this mask! I feel so much more protected than I do with the little paper ones . I'm getting ready to buy another supply of these masks.

they can be a bit abrasive on your ears if you dont stretch them out prior to getting them on your head. otherwise, they are comfortable, but we wont buy these again.

The product I received seems to be a forgery of the item listed - which does not match official documentation of Powecom KN95 masks.

The item listed on the net32.com site, does NOT match the official packaging from the Powecom webiste, nor does the item I received match the packaging or contain the anti-fake sticker. Please note what is on the net32 website and what I received the symbol on the packaging is a + (plus) versus a shield symbol seen on Powecom site


Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received masks that did not meet expectations. Pending investigation, Net32 delisted the Noble Dental Supplies product. The customer was sent a prepaid label to return the product to Net32. The customer sent photos of the product showing the + (plus) packaging. As part of the investigation, Net32 received documentation from Powecom regarding the + (plus) version of Powecom packaging. Cathy an Exporting Department Agent from Powecom [[email protected]] stated “Our old packing looks like this” when referring to the +(plus) Powecom packaging received in an email from Cathy. Consequently, it appears to Net32 that there are several genuine versions of "old" Powecom KN95 mask packaging still in circulation.

These masks are toxic! Do not buy. They smell very strongly of chemicals and made some of our staff break out in hives. I informed Net32 of the issue and was able to return them.

Upon receipt of the five bags of powecom Kn95 masks and examining the contents of each bag we did not notice any noxious smell at all. Covid-19 was going strong. N95 are no where to be found. Well, I truly believe these KN95s saved the dental office from receiving Covid-19. The price...Oh My God. I don't think about it. At least none of the staff caught Covid-19. So, I have to give credit somewhere...and, KN95 masks probably saved us in our 'Time Of Need'.

These masks are great, but I received 2 packages of black ones after ordering white. Very disappointing as I have ordered these before with no issues.

They fit a bit snug...but were shipped very quickly!

My dental assistant was not able to wear any other KN95 masks because they were causing her TMJ pain and headaches. The soft ear loops on these masks are much more comfortable and she is able to wear these through the entire workday.

I purchased these expecting them to be medical grade like my previous order but the ones I received said non medical on the package. No where in the description does it say non medical. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Non medical are useless to someone working in healthcare.

Net32 Response: To the best of our knowledge, there appear to be two versions of Powecom KN95 mask packaging in global circulation. The earlier version poly bag prior to May 10th is illustrated on Powecom's website and was authorized by The FDA under its Emergency Use Authorization (EAU appendix A) for use as a respirator for healthcare personnel when used in accordance with CDC recommendations to prevent wearer to exposure to pathogenic biological airborne particulates resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, despite the fact that the packaging stated Non-Medical. To the best of our knowledge this version of the Powecom respirator is still authorized by The FDA and the product is still available for purchase in the United States. On May 10th Powecom updated its packaging to include an anti-fake sticker and removed the non-medical wording. This new version of the product to the best of our knowledge is also FDA approved under the Emergency Use Authorization (EAU) for respirators (See Appendix A of the EAU).

Can't beat the delivery / options and prices

We had tried several different N95 masks. Most were too big. This one worked well for us different women. The ear loops can feel tight behind your ears for some wearers but if you gently stretch them before wearing them, that does the trick. Very happy with these.
