    It did not even last a week when the tip broke. I definitely had better expectations since I ordered it based on the good reviews.

    Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received pin and ligature cutters that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Professional Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. Professional Dental Supply provided a prepaid label to return the product for a full refund.

    Defective. Broke after a second use only
    the tip broke off only after second use. Definitrly disappointed as I have tried many products from ProDent USA and was Happy with all of them except this one.
