Price increase justified by poor packaging and short expiration date
Extremely dissatisfied with what I just received. I just hope the cartridges are not damaged.
Net32 Response (3/31/23): We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer in relation to their ODS Online order. After reviewing the pictures provided by the customer, we found that the product had the required 12-month expiration date, but the boxes had sustained damage during transit. Despite the product being deemed usable by the customer, we issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we informed ODS Online of the customer's concerns regarding the packaging and damage during transit.

Damaged product
the product itself is good but the packaging is awful it has glass and was placed in a plastic shipping bag with no protection the box was damaged looked like they had used the package to play football with. Please inform your shipping department that this is unacceptable. we Need to have all the product in one piece not broken or damaged.
