I am extremely disappointed with the service from this supplier. I placed an order for paper towels over a week ago, and the order status has been stuck on "processing" ever since. I reached out to customer service, but received no helpful response.
Net32 Response (6/6/24): We are sorry that the customer's order was delayed. It appears Hey Dental had an issue with their warehouse. When notified that the tracking wasn't working, Hey Dental corrected the issue and had the item shipped out to the customer. The customer received the product on 6/6/24. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
