Good product, mediocre design
I have been using the product for awhile onw. A few adjustment have to be made for it to work most efficently. First, make sure you use a thin sensor cover. The finger that hold the sensors in are very short. Also remove the clear cushions on the fingers, they interfere with the stability of the sensor. Use the old standard dental school postioning. of the pt. You're doing a parralleing technique for PA's. Lastly be patient. SInce there is no flexibility in a sensor you hae to place the x-ray and apparatus futher in the mouth. THe most curiious thing is pts dont seem to mind the big thick sensor in the floor of thier mouth since they don't have to close completely. When taking lower PA's line up you cone then increase the angulation ~5° to insure you get you apex. (shoot from the bottom of the ring)
