New formulation of lower Epi
This product is tested to have the same duration of effect as the higher epi content original version. I changed over to this and it seems to work just as well as the 1:100K epi formulation.

Just a heads up
The last box we received contained 2 rows of cartridges that were cracked and leaking, although the box was shipped with other items and was surrounded with bubble wrapping. We also encountered cartridges breaking during clinical use. We hadn't discovered the defective cartridges until after the clinical encounters. This is our first experience receiving this product in this condition from Net32.
Net32 Response (10/26/23): We are sorry that the customer customer encountered an issue with the Septocaine. Net32 notified Hey Dental of the customer's concerns and refunded the customer in full for the product. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
