    Great Product — Easy to Use!
    This is such an easy way to graft a site after an extraction. I was hesitant to graft after extractions because of non-resorbable membranes and their complexities. These plugs make grafting easy and efficient. I highly recommend them!

    It cause infection on socket site
    First time user for this product. I purchased for my oral surgeon and last week 5 patients he used for socket grafting came with bad infection. Please do not use this product. I want to return this product.

    Net32 Response (4/22/25): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order. Net32 notified River Dental Supplies of the customer's concens and provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product for a full refund.

    Tried it and liked it. Ordered more and received scraps
    To be fair the product is great. We tried and liked it. So we ordered several more but the package it was sent in was flimsy plastic envelope that had no protection for the items. When we spend hundreds of dollars on items, at least put them in a box for protection. All of the items were crushed beyond use. I submitted a help request to net32 last week and they did not respond. I'm trying to get a replacement for this and I'm not getting help. I've been coming to net32 for years and I'm very dissapointed in the seller and Net32 for the way this order and post order support is being handled.

    Net32 Response (12/13/24): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Dentify. It appears the product was damaged in transit. Net32 notified Dentify of the customer's concerns and provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to Dentify for a full refund. Sincere apologies to the customer for the delay and any inconvenience.
