This was not the correct item sent
We ordered the Turbo Vac from the manufacturer Pinnacle to be sent to our office. We DID get turbo vac but from a different company. The item was a generic brand of turbo vac. Clearly not the item that was supposed to be sent. You guys need to double check what you send as the description does not match the item sent.
Net32 Response (7/21/21): We are sorry that the customer received Turbo-Vac that did not meet expectations. We investigated the customer's concerns regarding the Turbo-Vac. It appears that Pinnacle is now under the Kerr umbrella. It also appears that the Turbo-Vac packaging has been updated. Net32 has updated our Turbo-Vac product detail page to reflect the updated Kerr labeling. Net32 also provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to DDI Supply for a refund should they choose to return the product.
