U-pak is better in my opinion. Knit-pak seems to always fry or once it soaks in hemodent it shrinks and have to cut a second piece to finish the packing.

Easy to get into the thinnest sulcus, however it's so thin that it tends to come out with the impression material. But as long as the cord is not on the margin during PVS setting its no problem.
