The bone is ok, but the company is not good to work with. I ordered and paid for the 5.0CC amount of this bone, but they only sent 2.0 CC. When I tried contacting them to let them know, they never responded back, never refunded me, and didn't send me any additional bone. They did this on two separate orders. Also, now they have raised their price significantly.
Net32 Response (9/15/20): We are sorry that the customer received something that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified DentalProdX of the customer's concerns. Dental ProdX provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to DentalProdX for a full refund. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
