1/5 "I waited 2 months to get the product. there was $100 shipping. It was absolutely the wrong chair (they sent a cheap plastic assistants chair with a circular plastic stool. It took 3 weeks to get a return label. and now I have been waiting over a month for a refund of my $399.98.

Maybe it's tax? But at least put that on the order somewhere or even in the email before sending a different amount to charge on the credit card.

Update. I got the refund but it's still a crappy issue when I have to double check to make sure I was charged the correct amount. For all the people who don't, what happens to them? Make sure to check your statements! And props to Net32 for handling this pretty quick.

Net32 Response: Net32 notified IDS of the customer's concern. It appears IDS inadvertently charged $8.95 for shipping. IDS refunded the customer the additional $2.00. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer."

If I wanted generic burs, I would have ordered them for a much more reasonable price. You cannot advertise a specific brand name of burs and send a generic. That is fraud.

Net32 Response: IDS provided a return label to return the incorrect product to IDS for a full refund. Net32 has removed IDS from selling the product. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience caused by IDS's substitution."

When I called at 8:35 I was told by the answering service that I'd have to call back cause they don't open till 8:30(but it was 8:35). When I called back at 9 I got a very rude gentleman who couldn't help me and sent me to a women's voicemail. I left my info and still to this day have never received a call back or the missing item. I contacted Net32 who got no where with this company either. Net32 did replace the missing piece.........

Net32 Response: The customer called IDS direct. Net32 does not recommend contacting vendors directly. Net32 has customer service agents available from 6:00am through 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Please contact Net32 at 1-800-517-1997 with any issues or concerns."

Very often total on invoices does not match to your order confirmation. Takes months to receive a copy of invoice. Definitely not ordering from them anymore. Rather spend few extra bucks and avoid headache.
