I ordered 4 cases of 50 gowns. I received only 3 cases. I’ve contacted them over and over again about this. The first time they requested photos of the missing gowns. How am I supposed to take pictures of the missing gowns?? Irresponsible vendor. Lily Rose is the vendor. Also the gowns are very thin. I highly doubt it’s meets any astm guidelines. Please avoid this vendor. Very shady. They act like some dentist is trying to trick them into getting extra gowns??? Non-sense.

1/5 "Placed an order for ultrasonic scaler 25kHz and received 30KHz. After the usual taking photos and emails returned the item back and was delivered back to the vendor on 4/26. No response or any effort on behalf of the vendor to this day to correct their mistake and ship the correct item. Net 32 keeps on telling me that we have sent your request to the vendor and we will email you as soon as we get an update. Requested a refund yesterday, will have to see how long will that take. Very disappointed that Net32 does not enforce a higher standard of customer service on the vendors for their customers.

So new to net32 and everything was going fine until I had a problem and then I got to see how difficult it is to get things rectified when you do. Clearly it is an issue with seller Lily Rose so beware when buying from them. This sent this item as just needles vs syringes with needles. I reported the issue to net32 and they promptly responded so I thought great it'll be rectified. They then asked for pictures and again I facilitated. Then nothing for a few day so I tried to call and was on hold for 15mind and at the end of that it sent me to voicemail. Then I got a followup email saying still waiting for vendor to respond. I ordered this item well in advance of needing it thank goodness but now I'll be needing it soon and still waiting. So when you need something I realise service is poor. May be out of their hands but there should be something done such as send the customer their requested product from another vendor and then u can always handle the other part later esp if the vendor isn't responding to you.

2/5 "I have never used this product before, so I figured I'd give it a try. The adhesion was not as good as other well known products on the market. Also, the balance of both chambers was very inconsistent. Furthermore, one of the tubes had an issue (Defect) where there was approximately 1/2 inch of air in one of the chambers, where there should have been product. I reported this over a week ago (via email) and have not heard from the vendor at all. I called Net32 and was told that they would look into this matter. Still waiting for a replacement and still no word from any party involved.

Vendor NEVER responded. Sent follow up email 2 days later as items still not received. Still not response. VERY VERY frustrating. Ironically, items showed up after another day elapsed.

Return Policy
"All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Any returns with this number not clearly written on the outside of the package and without the invoice will be returned to sender. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Returns must be made within 14 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive credit. Please note: Pharmaceutical drugs, needles, and anesthetics cannot be returned."
