Net32 calculates, collects, and remits tax on sales made by our vendors and shipped to customers located in the states listed below that have enacted Marketplace Facilitator, Marketplace Fairness, or similar laws. These laws shift collection responsibility from the vendor to the marketplace facilitating the merchant's sale.

Additionally, Washington Trade International is registered in the states below and is therefore required to collect sales tax on items sold to customers in these states, to the extent the items are taxable. Whether or not an item is taxable depends upon the laws in effect in the state.

All returns must be issued a return authorization (RA) number. Any returns with the RA number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender at their expense. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a restocking fee per the manufacturer's terms, which may be up to 50%. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal, unopened. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive credit.
Shipping charge is $25 per CASE on gloves, up to 12 pounds. All shipments weighing over 12 lbs are subject to actual UPS Ground charges. Special shipping will incur prevailing charge.
