We request that return shipments be authorized first by Alliance Dental, request an authorization number before returning your shipment. To receive full merchandise credit, items must be in good condition (unused), in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return. Opened handpieces and equipment may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers' warranty. Special Order items are not returnable. Shortages or errors in shipment must be reported within 14 days of the receipt date to issue credit (when applicable).
Items are shipped within 2 days
