All returns over $2,500 must be reviewed by upper management before they can be approved. Due to our inability to resell returned custom products, we cannot accept returns on custom or special-order items. Please note, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order. That fee will be subtracted from the amount credited back to the customer's credit card. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error. For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and Amerisano is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product. For items Amerisano proves defective upon receipt, errors in shipment, or exchange returns, no restock fee is charged. Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error.
