All returns must be issued a return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting Net32. Any returns with this RA number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender at their expense. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a restocking fee per the manufacturer's terms, which may be up to 50%. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original package with an unbroken seal. Defective and damaged items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damage, defective and missing goods need to be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit.
