Who you are:
You are highly-motivated customer service agent who will provide support by servicing calls, chats and emails while coming up with winning solutions for our dental professional customers. If a solution is not immediately apparent, you follow-through until the customer expectations are met, or even more desirably, exceeded. You are quick learner who is self-motivated, confident, empathetic and patient. Problem solving comes naturally to you. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve and exceed satisfaction.
- Manage high volume incoming calls/emails/chats regarding inquiries about dental products/services, orders, and accounts.
- Provide accurate, timely and complete information back to customers by using the agreed upon methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Offer up ideas on products, services, and customer service processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Experience in a customer service role (minimum 2 years)
- Dental industry experience preferred
- Ecommerce experience preferred
- Proficient with MS suite
- Familiar with CRM systems, and services like Zendesk
- The ability to communicate effectively through phone, chats and emails.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple inquiries/systems at one time.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Multi lingual is a plus.
