Compensation: Competitive

Employment type: Full-time; Shifts between 6 AM EST to 10 PM Monday-Friday (indicate shift availability upon applying)

Who you are: 
You are highly-motivated customer service agent who will provide support by servicing calls, chats and emails while coming up with winning solutions for our dental professional customers. If a solution is not immediately apparent, you follow-through until the customer expectations are met, or even more desirably, exceeded.  You are quick learner who is self-motivated, confident, empathetic and patient. Problem solving comes naturally to you. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve and exceed satisfaction.
  • Manage high volume incoming calls/emails/chats regarding inquiries about dental products/services, orders, and accounts.
  • Provide accurate, timely and complete information back to customers by using the agreed upon methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Offer up ideas on products, services, and customer service processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Experience in a customer service role (minimum 2 years)
    • Dental industry experience preferred
    • Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Proficient with MS suite
  • Familiar with CRM systems, and services like Zendesk
  • The ability to communicate effectively through phone, chats and emails.
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple inquiries/systems at one time. 
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently.
  • Multi lingual is a plus.
