All eligible employees have access to the following Program:
  • Medical Benefits – Our medical plan is with BCBS. Net32 Inc. will pay 100% of the monthly premium up to $550 for a $500 deductible plan and $100 towards any dependent's medical enrollments.
  • Dental Benefits – Net32 Inc. will pay 100% of the employee's monthly premium.

Net32 Inc. offers a 401K Retirement Plan with CUNA Mutual to all full time permanent employees with a 3% company match after one (1) year of employment.
All full-time permanent employees will receive vacation pay on an accrual basis. Vacation of 10 days up to 4 years and 15 days starting the 5th year. Sick pay of 5 days per year is received on an accrual basis.
Company offers the standard federal holidays through the year.
