Eligibility: 
The September Reviews Giveaway is open only to persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 21 years of age or older. Persons who as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) are an employee of Net32, Inc. or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies, or a member of the immediate family or household (whether related) of any such employee, are not eligible. Eligibility determinations will be made by Net32, Inc. in its discretion and will be final and binding. U.S. law governs this Giveaway. Void where prohibited by law. 
 
Entry Period: 
The entry period for the Giveaway begins at 12:00am Eastern Time (ET) on September 1st, 2026, and continues through 11:59pm ET on September 30th, 2026 (“Entry Period”). 
 
How to Enter: 
Product Review Entry Method:  To enter the Review Giveaway via the product review entry method, you must, during the Entry Period, visit the website located at www. net32.com and leave a valid vendor or product review on the website that includes the following disclosure: “This review was submitted as part of a promotion in which I received an entry into the Review Giveaway.” (each, a “Review”). All Reviews are subject to approval by Net32.com.  If the entrant does not have an active Net32.com account at the time of entry, the entrant will be required to create a Net32.com account in order to leave a Review, which may require the entrant to agree to the following, without limitation: subscribe to receive Net32.com email and text marketing communications, fill out an online entry form (which will require the entrant to submit his or her email address and phone number) and to agree to comply with all terms and conditions of Net32, Inc., including without limitation the Terms of Service (https://www.net32.com/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.net32.com/privacy-security). A Review that is submitted for purposes of Giveaway entry is referred to in these Official Rules as a “Submission.” Submitting a Submission during the Entry Period constitutes acknowledgement of and consent to these Official Rules. Each Submission must be original and must not contain any material that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, indecent, violent, obscene or offensive, or that disparages any person, company, brand or organization, or that violates or infringes upon any copyright, trademark right or other right of any person or entity. 

Online Form Entry Method: To enter the Giveaway via the online form entry method, you must, during the Entry Period, visit net32.com, click the link labeled Review Giveaway located at the bottom of the website, and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Each entrant who enters the Giveaway via the only form entry method will be required to fill out an online entry form (which will require the entrant to submit the entrant’s email address, phone number, mailing address and such other information as Net32.com may require) (the “Entry Form”).  Completing and submitting the Entry Form during the Entry Period constitutes acknowledgement of and consent to these Official Rules. 
 
Each eligible entrant who satisfies all the foregoing requirements and submits a Submission or an Entry Form during the Entry Period will receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway. All entries must be completed and received by Net32, Inc. prior to the conclusion of the Entry Period. There is a limit of one (1) Giveaway entry per person, regardless of the method of entry used. Entry times will be determined using Net32.com’s computer. Normal time rates and data charges, if any, charged by the entrant’s Internet or mobile service provider will apply. All entries are subject to verification at any time. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Net32, Inc. may, in its discretion, require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Net32, Inc. (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Net32, Inc. in a timely manner may result in disqualification. 
 
Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service, are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only entries received before the end of the Entry Period will be included in the drawing. 
 
Winner Selection and Notification: 
There will be one (1) winner. Following conclusion of the Entry Period, the potential winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Net32, Inc. or its agent from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. 
 
The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility by Net32, Inc., whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified within a week following selection via email at the email address provided by the entrant during Giveaway entry. Once notified, the potential winner will have one (1) week from the time the notification was sent to send a reply to Net32, Inc. by email. The potential winner may, in Net32, Inc.’s discretion, be required to complete, sign and return to Net32, Inc. an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a publicity release, and any other documentation provided by Net32, Inc. in connection with verification of the potential winner eligibility and confirmation of the releases and grant of rights set forth in these Official Rules, within the time period specified by Net32, Inc. The potential winner may also in Net32, Inc.’s discretion be required to complete and return to Net32, Inc. an IRS Form W-9 within the time period specified by Net32, Inc. Failure to respond to a direct message within one (1) week, or failure to complete, sign and return any required documents within the time period specified by Net32, Inc., may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 
 
If any potential winner is not eligible for the Giveaway, fails to respond to Net32, Inc.’s notification or return any signed documentation within the time required, does not comply with these Official Rules and/or cannot accept the prize as awarded for any reason, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may, at Net32’s discretion, be selected from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period as specified in these Official Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions will apply to such newly-selected potential winner). 
 
Prize: 
One (1) prize will be offered. The prize consists of one (1) Apple iPad and one (1) Apple Pencil. The approximate retail value of the prize is $500. All prize details that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Net32, Inc. in its sole discretion. Restrictions may apply. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive the prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Net32, Inc., which has the right to substitute the prize or any prize component with a prize or prize component of equal or greater monetary value selected by Net32, Inc. in its discretion. The prize consists only of the item(s) expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes on the value of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. 
 
Net32 will not be responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. 
 
By accepting a prize, the winner irrevocably grants to Net32, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the successors and assigns and licensees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Licensees”), the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or statements made by or attributed to the entrant, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Net32, Inc.’s and third-party websites and social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. In addition, by submitting a Submission, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Licensees a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, create derivative works based on and otherwise use the Submission, in whole or part, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation via Sponsor’s and third-party websites and social media and digital channels, for commercial purposes and any other purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
 
General Terms: 
Net32, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, modify these Official Rules (including without limitation by adjusting any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules) and cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway at any time in its discretion, including without limitation if a virus, bug, technical problem, entrant fraud or misconduct or other cause beyond the control of Net32, Inc. corrupts the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway or if for any other reason Net32, Inc. is not able to conduct the Giveaway as planned (including without limitation in the event the Giveaway is interfered with by any fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or of public enemy, communications failure, riot or civil disturbance, war(declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, federal, state or local law, order or regulation or court order). In the event of termination of the Giveaway, a notice will be posted on the Website, and a random drawing will be conducted to award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. 
 
By entering the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Net32,Inc., and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and the successors and assigns and licensees of each of the foregoing, all other companies involved in the development or operation of the Giveaway, all other companies involved in the provision of the prize or any component of the prize, and the directors, officers, employees and agents and contractors of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims and causes of action of any kind that the entrant ever had, now has or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, participation in the Giveaway, the use of the Website and any website or application associated with the Giveaway, the provision, acceptance or use of any prize or any component of any prize or any use of the entrant’s personality rights as permitted pursuant to these Official Rules, including without limitation any and all claims and causes of action: (a)relating to any personal injury, death or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person, (b) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or publicity, misappropriation, defamation, or violation of any other personal or proprietary right, (c) based upon any allegation of infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secrets, moral rights or any intellectual property right, or (d) based upon any allegation of a violation of any law, rule or regulation relating to personal information or data security. Each entrant agrees not to assert any such claim or cause of action against any of the Released Parties. Each entrant assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to because, by participation in this Giveaway, the use of the Website, or any website or application associated with the Giveaway, or the provision, acceptance or use of any prize or any component of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human, mechanical or technical error of any kind relating to communications or attempted communications with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage and/or processing of entries or the administration of the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with any Act of God, war, terrorism, accident, fire, strike, lock-out or other labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, law, enactment, rule, restraint, order or act of any governmental instrumentality or military authority, or other cause not reasonably within their control that may delay or prevent Net32, Inc. from fulfilling its obligations pursuant to these Official Rules. 
 
Net32, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Giveaway any individual who Net32, Inc. determines or believes in its sole discretion (i) has tampered with the entry process or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices, (ii) has engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrant or any representative of Net32, Inc. or (iii) has attempted or intends to attempt any of the foregoing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BEMADE, NET32, INC. HAS THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY PERSON INVOLVED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The use of agents or automated devices, programs or methods to submit entries is prohibited and Net32, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that it believes may have been submitted using such an agent or automated device, program or method. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to Net32, Inc., including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification) that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry in question. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Net32, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules may not be reprinted or republished in anyway without the prior written consent of Net32, Inc. 
 
Arbitration and Choice of Law: 
These Official Rules and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Net32, Inc. in connection with this Giveaway, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and regardless of the applicable entrant’s location. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees that EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR AND ARE FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE AWARD, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOU AGREE THAT NET32 AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR PURSUANT TO JAMS' STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES, AS AMENDED BY THESE TERMS. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and each entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
