BOSTON, March 11, 2025 – Riverside Partners, a Boston based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Net32, Inc. (“Net32” or the “Company”), has appointed Andreas Frank as Chief Executive Officer. Net32 is the leading online dental marketplace, empowering clinicians to run a healthy practice by making supplies and equipment purchasing more convenient, transparent, and affordable.
Mr. Frank brings more than 20 years of dental and medical industry experience with a track record of growth and value creation. He joins Net32 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Dentsply Sirona. He led product life cycle management from idea to execution across all dental and medical technology business units. His responsibilities included strategy, product management, marketing and R&D. Previously, he spent 10 years at Hillrom, including as Senior Vice President and President Front Line Care prior to Baxter’s acquisition of Hillrom. Before that, he held leadership roles at Danaher in business and corporate development, where he was instrumental in building out the dental platform and led investments across Danaher’s portfolio. He began his career at McKinsey & Company.

Within the last six months, Net32 has made several key additions to the leadership team. The Company hired tenured marketplace executive Susan Cahill as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Cahill previously held leadership roles at American Financing, Bankrate, and Orbitz. Net32 also hired Dr. Pamela Ray as Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Ray is a Board Certified Periodontist, practicing in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Ray is a nationally respected lecturer and educator. She has been involved with product innovation for over 10 years.
