Vendor substituted IV bags for bottles. I specifically ordered bottles over iv bags for my purpose of use. Net32 Response (8/4/21): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from PA Dental. Net32 notified PA Dental of the customer's concerns and refunded the customer as part of Net32's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. PA Dental was removed from selling the product until PA Dental provides assurance that future orders for this product will be fulfilled as described.
