I have had countless issues with Net32 and their vendors. Anytime there is an issue with shipment, it takes them 1-3 months to resolve. The emails are vague to say the least. But their solution when an item isn't received is to re-order and then they will issue a refund. That doesn't make sense. I am un-happy with Net32. I signed up with them thinking it would have better but they worse than Schein and Patterson. At least when I complain with other companies they have a resolution within the week. High disappointed with this company Net32 Response 3/22/21:Sincere apologies for the unacceptable customer experience. Net32 constantly strives for excellence in customer satisfaction, and we have failed in this instance. After a thorough investigation we believe that, unfortunately, Tradent Dental Supply (Tradent) failed to include the Cavicide part of the customer’s order. On 2/2/21, when the customer reported the issue to Net32, Net32 notified Tradent of the customer’s concerns, and on that same day Tradent refused to be involved in the resolution of the missing item stating,“This is outside of our terms, sorry we cannot help you”.On February 5th Net32 requested additional information from Tradent regarding the order and waited 19 days before receiving a response on 2/24/21. On 2/25/21 Net32 refunded the customer in full for the missing product as part of Net32’s 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Following the customer's review submission on 2/25/21, Net32 also sent a replacement, paid for by Net32 from another vendor at no charge to the customer. For almost 20 years, Net32 has worked collaboratively with numerous distributors to provide the best possible quality, price, service, and selection. This time, there was, admittedly, a serious failure on the service portion. We are sincerely disappointed, and are working hard on new procedures to ensure that phenomenal customer satisfaction is secured with every order. We truly hope that the customer will give us another chance.

It's hard to find antibacterial stuff right now and it was easy to find on this site and it was available and the price was very good. I'm very pleased and even ordered a gallon for my mother because she has lots of company and I want to keep her safe

very poor delivery, there is no tracking information. Inspite of paying additional heavy item shipping charge, there is no follow up. Net32 Response (1/11/21): Apologies to the customer that the customer was not satisfied with their order. It appears the package label became damaged in transit with FedEx. The issue has since was corrected and the customer's order is scheduled for delivery today. Our deepest apologies to the customer for the delay associated with the delivery.

For the last six years, we have used no other cleaning product than Cavicide. The office smells amazingly clean! We are a pediatric and adult office so we see our share of germs!! We have staff with asthma and allergies and Cavicide is the only product that we have found that does not trigger respiratory issues. I feel safe during these Covid-19 times that we are thoroughly disinfected. I have used both the wipes and the gallon disinfectant and find it super easy to dispense through a spray bottle. Everyone loves the ease of the caviwipes but with the shortage due to Covid19 impossible to get a hold of. However having the CaviCide liquid you are able to put in a spray bottle & disinfect away! Also its a great value. Thank you Net32
