Ordered a case a month ago and only received 1 canister but charged for 12. As of this date still have not received back correspondence, missing canisters nor offer refund. Net32 Response (3/24/21): We are sorry that the customer's experience with Tradent Supply did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns. Tradent Supply refunded the customer for the missing product. We are working to address this type of issue with Tradent Supply. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

Took two weeks to deliver it from Ny to Rhode Island Net32 Response (2/10/21): We are sorry for the delivery delay that the customer encountered with their order from Tradent Supply. The customer placed their order on 1/21/21. It appears that Tradent Supply shipped the order on 2/4/21. The order shows delivered by FedEx on 2/9/21. Net32 is working with Tradent Supply to improve shipping times as well. Again, we apologize to the customer for the long delay in receiving their order.

I bought this right before the pandemic not knowing that it would be in shortage. I wish I bought more. Great for the price when I bought it and gives my staff a piece of mind since they are wiping down all surfaces between patients and even when there are no patients. I hope the price for these wipes will go back down to what they were pre-pandemic.
