Not sure if it was how they packaged it, or if it was damaged in shipping, but one canister was smashed and the seal was broken. Net32 Response: Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the issue. Tradent Supply refunded the customer for the damaged product. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by this issue.

Great Price

CaviWipes are really useful between patients to sterilize all the stuff. Easy to use and it does not have bad odor. My staff enjoys it and rather than spraying and leaving residue to spoil color of the chair it do not stain. Love it!

Supply shortages for these types of products coupled with high levels of demand have resulted in price increases throughout the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do expect moderation of pricing to occur over time as products become more available in supply chains.

We have used CaviWipes in our office for years. They tear off easily and get the job done. That being said I WILL NOT be ordering anything from Orange Dental in the future. I have given them 2 chances. The first order I only received part of. What I did receive was damaged. It took almost 2 months to get my items replaced. The second order I placed over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive. If you need your products in any sort of a timely manner I would suggest looking for another distributor even if it costs a few pennies more!
