I use these for all teeth but they are definitely easier to use than the handle saw for the posteriors. They are a little small so I do have a concern of it slipping out of my grip, though it's never happened (knock on wood). I'm not sure how long metal finishing strips are to last, but these do stretch out and eventually break after about 2-3 uses on posteriors and 5 on anteriors.
