Purchased the 1:50k lido thinking I'd use it for specific cases. Turns out the anesthetic expires in 6 months! Seller refuses to accept return stating the expiration was "listed" on the purchase page. No where did it show during purchase, nor on purchase order but only on the shipping label. Net32 Response (5/16/24): We are sorry that the customer received lidocaine that did not meet expectations. The product was advertised as a short date special on the product details page. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

I have used Lidocaine 2% with 1:50,000 epinephrine for a number of purposes over the years including intrapulpal injections for those nasty endos, intraligmental anesthesia, and for hemostasis where local measures (Viscostat, etc) were not successful. Tending more towards Septocaine in most of those situations these days.
